- Do not use third-party software, bots, or memory editors to artificially increase catch rates or alter fish species behavior.
- Do not harass, threaten, or disrupt the experience of other anglers on the virtual waters.
- Do not exploit bugs or simulator glitches for competitive advantage.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension of your player account and restriction from online features.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our simulators are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deepcast Games makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access to online waters or the preservation of local save files containing your catch history.
In no event shall Deepcast Games or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our games and services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
